What is the status of my order?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–12 business days depending on your location. Due to high demand, shipping times may occasionally vary slightly, but we always work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I change my order?
Yes — we can make changes to your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased from our online store
- The item has not been used or damaged
- The item is returned in its original packaging with tags included
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 72 hours of being placed.
After 72 hours, your order may already be processed or in production, so cancellation will no longer be possible unless the wrong item was ordered.
